In 2021, because of the announcement from Google to end the use of third-party cookies, in combination with the impact of COVID-19, the importance of digital marketing arose. Inspired by the market trend, IMAG’s founders, Henry and Steven, strived to crack the traditional marketing and PR techniques and thus came to LINE Official Accounts as a solution.

Founded in 2022 in Taiwan, IMAG is a LINE & OA solution partner supporting premium brands such as La Prairie, Bvlgari, Hermes, Fendi, Gucci, and LV building OMO & D2C experience as well as growing the data capability via data integration.

Traditionally, Companies rely heavily on ads, social media, and media press to convey brand values and messages, which are just one-way communications without interactions between companies and customers. IMAG focuses on user’s journey and allows customers to socialize and enjoy exquisite personal service through LINE OA.

Our clients come from diverse industries, including watch and jewelry, high fashion, wine, and so on. IMAG owns a branch office in Bangkok (established in 2023) and we are planning to set up another office in Tokyo in 2024.
